e4bb309841 buildiso, buildpkg, deployiso: remove i686 config files and assume x86_64 default
* arch merged lib32 toolchain in core toolchain builds, we need to see where lib32 ends up on arch
* arch has new lib in testing not in multilib
the multilib-devel group seems to be scrapped
